The Franchise Process

1. SUBMIT AN INITIAL ENQUIRY

Complete our below enquiry form and let us know why you’d love to be a part of our family.

2. RECEIVE AN INFO PACK

We’ll send a follow-up email with our XS Info Pack. This is an info pack that will give you a great insight into our Brand and more information about becoming a franchise partner.

3. PHONE INTERVIEW

Now that you have reviewed our info pack, our website and possibly experienced our business first hand, it is time to chat with our team over the phone. This gives us a chance to assess your suitability as a XS franchisee. The telephone introduction will also give you an opportunity to have your initial questions answered.

4. APPLICATION PROCESS

Now that we approve of each other and you wish to proceed, it is time to start the application process. First, you will be asked to complete an Application Form/Expression of Interest & a Confidentiality Agreement. After review of your application and approval, we will ask you to pay a refundable deposit of $5,000 + GST, which will go towards the cost of preparation of franchise and disclosure documents.

5. ECONOMIC MODEL AND RISK ASSESSMENT

We want to make sure you have an in-depth understanding of our operations and financials so we will issue you with our Economic Model & Risk Assessment document for you to review in detail.

6. GROUP MEETING

If your application is successful, we will invite you to a Group Meeting. The group meeting is a small forum which will enable you to ask as many questions as you like about XS. It is also a great opportunity to meet our Founder.

7. OBSERVATIONS DAY

OK so you have made it this far. Congratulations! It is important you have this opportunity to see first hand the day-to-day operations of a XS franchise. You are welcome to spend time as required in one of our stores, allowing you to gain an insight into our systems and the way we operate a XS store.

8. DUE DILIGENCE

Well you have progressed this close to your franchise. If your application is approved, you will be issued with franchise suite of documents. This is the opportunity for you to review the agreements with your advisors before progressing.

9. FINAL INTERVIEW

After discussions with your advisers and if you are 100% comfortable with the XS franchise system and certain to proceed to join team XS, then we meet for your final interview.

10. EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT

Congratulations on becoming part of the XS Family! It is now time to finalise everything and commence preparation of your franchise.

11. TRAINING

Now it is time to start your formal training. The training is comprehensive and involves general business training, product and technical knowledge and on-site training. Please allow adequate time for your training. By the time you have completed your training, you will be ready to kick-start your XS franchise.
